Room was large and comfortable( after an upgrade by our choice). Staff were very helpful & courteous. Location is great for our purpose..to watch the Toyohashi Gion Fireworks festival which was as spectacular as 4 years ago. Staff were very supportive and we successfully worked through language barriers. Western style breakfast was stellar, city views from the restaurant are spectacular. Rooms were beautiful. Toyohashi is a lovely, sleepy town, lots of gem restaurants/bars/coffee shops at to within a 15-20 minute walk. Did not have time for hotel amenities.Guest review byMarciaYoung couple
