Great location, service and room. Hotel provides free ochazuke at 8-10pm (limited number of sets that run out by 8:45 tho). It was yummy. We got a deluxe room that was very spacious. Amenities are available for self collection at the lobby. Richmond hotels are always comfortable. Standard rooms are small so get a deluxe room for more space. Join their membership program for one hour extended check out.

Room was very spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast and restaurant generally is excellent. Location is very good for the train station but is a little run down compared to the other side. Not a complaint, just an observation.
