Wow! I don’t even know where to start. We stayed for four nights, and I wished we could have stayed longer. The service was absolutely incredible—unlike anything I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. The in-house bar was fantastic, with outstanding service there as well. The hotel’s ambiance is magical. Our room was spacious, and the view was breathtaking. We did have one night when the guests upstairs were a bit noisy, but the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and resolved the issue immediately. This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and we will definitely be coming back!

I asked for a quiet room and they gave me a corner room at the end of the corridor, made me happy. The room was modern, clean, functional, with stylish warm-dark toned design. What I like the most was that the room had a proper desk space (as well as a mini sofa and a coffee table), as some hotels only have 'fashionable' small side tables in their rooms but I prefer having a good sized desk even when I don't 'work' during my stay. Also, a kettle worked as a pot that keeps the hot water temperature (not just boiling water) was handy. I booked in the last minutes, and it was very low priced, so I didn't expect that much to be honest, but the whole stay here turned out wonderful. Excellent location, very comfy room, great staff, plus check out by 11:00. I have no hesitation to recommend this place for both business and pleasure.

Stayed in numerous hotels throughout Japan so far. This one had the lowest rating. But it exceeded my expectation. So the 10 is to up the rating. The room was very nice and spacious. Finally a soft pillow in a hotel! The staff was overly nice. Cleaning was good. And the hotel itself looked really good. Also the location is in a very lively area in Yokohama wich made the stay extra pleasant.

So clean, convenient, and easy to access any tourist location. The receptionist was Polite and courteous and can communicate with English-speaking customers. Breakfast is excellent. It seems the hotel is newly renovated. The price and location are a must-stay hotel. Highly recommended. You will also get 10% off with Booking.com. They even provided an umbrella for us as it was raining 🌧 this afternoon.

Incredible and iconic hotel overlooking Yokohama. If you get the chance to, stay here! Old school luxury and lots of attention to detail. Perfect location for exploring Yokohama. Try to get a room on one of the upper floors to experience the glass elevator going up and the views over the city.

Hotel Associa is located directly above Shin-Yokohama Station. The bullet train takes people to Tokyo Station in 17-minutes and to Shinagawa Station in 10-minutes.
