The Green Olive Villa exceeded our expectations. The beds were comfy, the rooms spotless and quiet, the staff polite and helpful. The house, garden and pool are simply beautiful. A wonderful place to land and recuperate after the long flight. Very good value for money.

I arrive quite late at 12 am, and they were prompt with their airport pickup. Checkin was hassle free and the room was large and clean. The AC was strong, bed was comfortable so i was well rested. In the morning they helped me with currency exchange and other guidance on how to get around. Perfect for airport layovers.

It’s a great cosy place. There are tons of animals which I liked but bear in mind if you don’t. The hosts are very cool and friendly. Breakfast is the best I had on my entire 10 day trip. Thank you!!

We stayed one night after a red eye flight and it was the best welcome to Sri Lanka that we could have imagined. Brenda and Ron are great hosts and most helpful in organising transport etc. The house is gorgeous, spotlessly clean, room practical and comfortable (we had a room one the ground floor with terrace view which we enjoyed), beautiful outside space and pool and only a few minutes away from restaurants, cafés and the beach. In the morning, you can have a traditional Sri Lankan curry breakfast which is super delicious and not to be missed.
