The breakfast was genuinely very good. Fresh fruits, ceylon tea and sri lankan coffee. The owner also made some unique dishes each day to supplement the breakfast. All in all it exceeded our expectations- goven how relatively small the hotel is.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this guesthouse in Negombo! The host was very welcoming and friendly, greeting us with delicious welcome drinks. There is a convenient parking area on the property, which was a big plus for us. Everything is new, clean, and well-maintained. We loved it all—thank you for the warm hospitality!

Our stay in Dickman Resort was amazing! The hotel has a really great design, with well equipped, comfortable rooms, pool and bar/dining area. What makes it really stand out though is the great atmosphere created by the Staff! They are very attentive, eager to help and cater for your every need and doing it all with constant smile! Great people, great place, we can't recommend it enough and hope to come back there one day!

Brenda and Ron and the staff were amazing! Such good hosts. Espcially when just arriving in sri lanka. They arranged pick up and transfer to the next location with good drivers. The room was very Nice and clean. Tip: we would recommand the Sri Lankan breakfast.
