Great place hidden from the main street. They offered us complimentary breakfast to make up for something and that was a lovely gesture. Facilities are good. Amazing cats & dogs in the property that are friendly.

This property was such a nice surprise! We just needed somewhere nearby the airport and we wished we could’ve stayed here longer. The hosts couldn’t be more welcoming, the property is beautiful and the breakfast was delicious and generous.

For a solo female traveller this property was perfect. The staff we friendly, helpful and as a solo female traveller I felt safe and 100% comfortable. I booked the red room- way too big for a solo traveller but I loved it- felt like a queen! There’s even a few animals on-site- a couple of tortoises who love some basil. I walked down to the 5* properties on the beach and I highly recommend you give them a miss (crows!!!!) and stay here.

The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The location is perfect and the owners very kind and friendly, they also helped me with good recommendations for Negombo. Loved the quite garden and the huge breakfast in the morning. Definitely recommended for solo woman travellers.

Wonderful and quiet place near the beach. The room was very clean, with the possibility of early check-in. WiFi worked flawlessly, the pool was clean and the area was beautiful. I was surprised by the beautiful flowers around. Breakfast was modest but sufficient.
