This property was absolutely beautiful! Our view from the room was spectacular. Ocean facing and you could also overlook the entire property. Super clean and great amenities as well! It’s the perfect getaway if you want to just relax and chill. You don’t necessarily have to get out of the hotel. It has everything you need. Spa/Restaurants/Bars/private beach/Shisha/Surf lessons/pool The hospitality is top notch and you’ll feel so welcomed! ALL the staff are so kind and genuinely very helpful & nice. It was so nice being there. The food was also amazing at the property! Specially the breakfast spread and the bar - Tides Special shout-out to the F&B manager Mr. Imran. He made sure our food expectations were met and also went the extra mile to arrange lactose free milk for me as I’m lactose intolerant. The property also has a lot of cafés in its vicinity and Mirissa is just a tuk tuk ride away. Great stay and definitely a memorable one! Recommend it 10/10.

Very clean, very spacious and the host is so incredibly nice. It is very quiet and the rooms are very spacious and clean. We stayed 2 weeks and our room was even cleaned every couple of days. We are sad to leave.

The location is great, on the beach next to Marriott Hotel. Great pool and beach. The fish and seafood at the main restaurant is super fresh and delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ubuntu Beach villas! 💜 Lakmal and the staff looked after us so well and we felt very spoiled. The villas are absolutely stunning and very special, completely beach front! We very much enjoyed that we could use the facilities and amazing restaurant at the Latern villa also. The food is absolutely delicious. We would highly recommend staying at Ubuntu Beach Villas and will definitely be back!!! Lovely option 40 mts from the beach tucked away in a relatively quiet corner. We stayed in their brand new appartement/room on the first floor. Fantastic bed (huge!), slight seaview, nice and very clean bathroom, kitchenette incl fridge(!) and lot of space. Loved it! Rohan and his wife really take good care of you and cook up fantastic breakfasts, both SL and Western style.

Featuring garden views, Orchid Rest offers accommodation with terrace, around 500 metres from Mirissa Beach. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay.

Everything was perfect! The building and rooms are in a very good condition, the hosts are amazingly friendly, respectful and helpful. Breakfast is tasty and fresh. There is air conditioning, a fridge and mosquito nets in the rooms, also bathroom amenities and coffee/tea making amenities.
