The location couldn’t be better, half a block from the main pedestrian street but still in a calm and quiet backyard. Brilliant staff, my plane was late, so I checked in only around midnight, when check-in was supposed to close at 11:30. I contacted reception on the way and the receptionist waited until I got there. Brilliant location too.

The staff was excellent and very polite. Especially the nice lady the day I arrived at the reception was very kind and helpful. The room was spacy and the location at the best point of Kaunas.
