From start to finish, this hotel is top class. Professional, efficient and friendly service at reception. Efficient room service with the best burger I have eaten in at least 3 years, prepared and cooked exactly as I asked. Varied options at breakfast, with excellent selection of fresh breads, yogurts, cereals, fruit, lovely salmon, teas and herbal teas. Bathroom is large, bed is very comfortable, lighting is very well designed and the room is quiet and well insulated. I just could not fault anything and I would be delighted to go back.

I had an absolutely wonderful time at Ratonda Centrum Hotels. The room was beautifully designed, comfortable, and surprisingly warm even in late autumn. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The best part, however, was the purified water tap! Never saw anything like that before in other places. The bathroom was cozy and well-appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was fantastic, within easy walking distance of the river and the city center. I can't wait to return to this place on my next trip!

Probably the finest hotel in the city, in an excellent location. For example, the lobby of the Packai Hotel feels quite gloomy in comparison. The room was clean, with windows overlooking the church. An excellent breakfast, a nice spa, friendly staff—everything was just perfect.
