It's ELEVEN out of Ten. Our room was actually a small bungalow in the grounds, and we had our own outside seating area to drink coffee and eat meals. Cooker, Washing Machine, Air-conditioning, Space, Comfort, WiFi, gated parking; we used it ALL. Situated about 15-minutes from the beach (12-minutes as we walk) it was ideal. Our host told us about the Opera Concert up by the beach so we went up there and were treated to almost 3-hours of quality music. There were cheaper places in the town (even though we had only booked it about 2-hours before we arrived), but I wanted something on the next level and we certainly got it here for a modest uplift in price. For your information, there was a Tirgus (street market) one minute walk from the property which ran for the morning, but I don't know how often it runs. There is also a TOPS supermarket 5-6 minutes walk in the same direction away from the town. Our host was really lovely.

This hotel is one of the iconic symbols of the beloved resort town Jurmala, located on the main street, just a few steps away from the beach. It’s absolutely peaceful, equipped with all the necessary amenities—though not directly in the rooms—you can stay for days and no one will disturb you unless you request trash removal 🙂. The staff is efficient, the rooms are spacious, the beds are excellent, and the view from the upper floors is a delight. The breakfast is more than varied, tasty, and carefully prepared; I found it even more satisfying this year than last. The only downside is the slightly sweet pudding served as an omelette, but it’s no big deal—we can always have a real omelette at home. But the atmosphere at Jurmala Spa, the one we crave all year long, can only be found right there.

SPA zone is fresh new and it is available for 2 hours per day FREE. Very good swimming pool with different levels of depth. For lazy people there are two jacuzzi baths. There is also a relaxing zone with a traditional sauna and turkish sauna. Good breakfast including delicious food and good coffee.

Amazing view from the balcony of the sea, forest and city. Beach only 2 min walk from the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, choice was abundant. Room was spacious and stylish. SPA Wellness center was very nice and relaxing, it had a huge jacuzzi, a roman sauna, medium hot cedar sauna, and a very hot 90 degree sauna, all very spacious and perfectly made. Also one pool for swimming and one for relaxing with powerful massaging streams.

This place is excellent for relaxation. The area is green and located just some 50 m from the gulf of Riga. There is a pool and the saunas, along with a jacuzzi. You certainly will enjoy the restaurant with truly tasteful food. Did I mention that each room had a view? Well, it’s true, each room has a view. Enjoy!

The only thing that was not found in the rooms, was slippers and drinking water. We enjoyed massage "Japan rhythms", which was absolutely perfect and the lady was very nice, as well as the salt room was very nice and relaxing. Hoping to come back. Thank you for making our stay beautiful!

It was modern, clean, had great facilities, lovely staff, great view, fantastic breakfast!! Great location, 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk from nice restaurants and cafes. The hotel also had some nice cosy places to sit and relax.
