Amazing counter staff who treats you like family. Four staff who go the extra mile. (1) a caring staff who knows I will arrive hotel slightly late and informs tour guide to wait for me. (2) a trusted and reliable staff who promise to find me 1/2 dirham coin and he delivers. (3) a staff who protects guests to warn taxi driver not to over charge fare. (4) a staff who goes all out just to make a reservation at Iloli for me.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean nice hotel. Very nice breakfast. Great location, room with balcony and very nice view. Highly recommended hotel.

The property is quite modern and spacious. The food in the restaurant was nice and the breakfast was simple but good. Mouad the bartender was extremely helpful and friendly it was a pleasure to meet him. had a great stay

The place to be for a short stay to get an authentic morrocan experience with flare!!! I had the best spa treatment... the staff were very professional and offered great service! The food and dining experience at the Art restaurant must not be missed!!!
