This is by far the best hotel stay we’ve had in ages - never been met with such hospitality. We came here to kite surf, and the lovely and accommodating staff were to helpful with everything (they even let us use the surf shop next door to store and clean our kites). The breakfast was delicious. We even arrived right after a recent renovation period, and were as a result the only guest at the hotel for a few days, and the staff even gave us a free upgrade. We had the pleasure of staying at the honeymoon suite with a ocean view - simply perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and can’t wait to be back. And have to mention the beautiful garden as well!

The lady manager Hafida waited for us until 11PM due to our bus being 1 hr late and she served us a delicious dinner. Everything was perfect. Breakfast staff Ashma & Saara were so lovelly and the food was amazing! Thank you for a lovelly stay.

At Heure Bleue Palais the staff understands what great service is. The experience we had was really exceptional. It started with getting a free upgrade to a Deluxe Suite. The Suite was in one word “great”. Very comfortable and well decorated. All you wanted or needed was there. On daily base we were surprised with nice treats. Also daily breakfast was exceptional of quality. Very complete and diverse with high quality of products. One evening we had dinner in their restaurant. This as well was surprisingly well. All in all we had as frequent travelers a surprisingly great stay @ Heure Bleue Palais. Big compliments to Eric and his team.

Set on the city wall, this beautiful riad offers a rooftop terrace overlooking the old medina of Essaouira. Its spacious guest rooms are elegantly decorated with Moroccan design and a fireplace.

Fabulous place to stay. A beautiful well-appointed riad with service and hospitality to match! Located in the medina, close to souks and restaurants, but in an alley away from all the din. Unlike some alleys that are dark and creepy, this one is not. As a solo female traveler, i felt safe. Room and bed were comfortable and breakfast was very good too. Will definitely stay here again!

Riad Dar Dayana is situated in a peaceful street in the heart of the lively medina of Essaouira. It is within close proximity of the beaches, port and local shops.

We absolutely loved Dar Dayana - great interior, comfortable (our room - turquoise, even had a nice seating area outside!) and really nice bathroom. We liked combination of traditional Moroccan style with some funky artwork. It is such a peaceful and relaxed accommodation with great breakfast. We stayed in February when a lot of roads gets cold, but here it was nice and warm. Definitely the place to stay in lovely Essaouira. Friendly and very helpful owners (we forgot something there and they are helping us to get things shipped). Thanks for everything!
