Best most kind and helpful staff. I had a wonderful spa treatment from Salima who was very good both the Hamam and massage were exeptional! We came out of season so there weren't very many people and many of the slides were turned off. But at our request they would turn them on and we had the whole park at our disposal. Really good Moroccan food at every meal and also all kinds of other food so the children also had plenty to choose from. Rooms clean and daily cleaning was done. We weren't in need of anything. All in all we had an amazing trip

Jaouad en Mohamed where super hosts. So kind and helpfull! I loved the accomodation, so much detail and Work went into building this hotel. The staff and food is perfect. We are definately coming back
