The overall experience was amazing. The staff was impeccable in all aspects (front desk, baggage, restaurant, housekeeping). I very much enjoyed my room, the Alejandria suite. Views from the Terrace were spectacular. Breakfast and dinner at El Reducto were excellent. Finally, great value.

The location was literally the best ever as it is a 5 minutes walk to the Beach. Breakfast was excellent with à beautiful sea view. The staff were extremely friendly and polite. We had room service twice a day with all towels and sheets changed every day. Everything was very clean and well organized. The manager and staff were coming to our table every day to say good morning have a chat give us some tips for the day. Nabil, the hotel receptionist sent us massages in advance of our arrival and sent a very nice oil burner to our home address to make up for few minutes delay during our checkout. Very good experience.
