We came mid September and our experience went above our expectations, everyone was friendly. There was nothing we disliked, yes, the food prices are above the average in Budva but everything we had was quality, also is something you expect in a 5 star hotel. Perfect place to relax and unwind (in September) I bet August is a bit chaotic.

The Oliva Hotel in Budva enjoys a central yet quiet location, only a 5-minute walk from the long gravel beach of Slovenska Plaza. All rooms are air-conditioned and have a balcony.

The breakfast was served to the tables including bread, cold cuts, cheese, fruit, juice, youghurt and pie + coffee or tea, honey and jam. For us this suited very well and we didn't long for a buffet type of breakfast.

Everything was great. The room was big and clean. The terrace was huge and the view was WOW. The pool- big, clean water and amazing view. I will go again in this hotel for sure.

The best decision I made, besides visiting Budva, was staying at this hotel. The staff’s recommendations truly made our trip — they guided us to hidden gems we would have never found on social media, and every suggestion was spot on. The atmosphere is welcoming and fun, and you really feel in good hands here. Special thanks to Ece and Enver for making our week unforgettable, and to Lalə and Şenay for their hospitality, the spotless rooms, and the delicious breakfast. Even though I didn’t know much about the city when booking, it turned out to be perfect — close to the Old Town, the bus station, and many amazing restaurants. I would definitely love to come back!

Super value for money, not far from the beach, not far from the city center. Everything was very clean and neighborhood was quiet. Had a good night sleep. I had to leave early and did not have time for breakfast - receptionist quickly organized a lunch package for me. So sweet - thank you!

I arrived late at night, had a delay at the airport (2h). However, the owners were very very nice and waited for me. Very well located, super clean and modern. Recommend 100%. The parking was very convenient as well.
