Ricardo in the breakfast buffet room was always attentive and kept us filled with coffee and drinks without asking. The Nespresso cafe was perfect dri KS and ice cream and pastries. Our recent stay at the Oleo Cancun was truly exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a grand lobby that offers a breathtaking view of the ocean upon arrival. The check-in process was seamless and efficient. Despite arriving early, we were graciously accommodated and allowed to enjoy lunch at the on-site restaurant while we awaited our room. The hotel's location is perfect, providing a stunning ocean view that is simply unforgettable. Just a few steps from the lobby, guests can find themselves directly on the beach, making it an ideal spot for beach lovers. Our room was also exceptional. We booked an ocean view room, and the view was truly amazing. The room was spacious enough for two people, and the bathroom was modern and very comfortable. The highlight of our stay, however, was the staff. Every team member we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay a wonderful experience. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, from the beautiful surroundings to the outstanding service. We highly recommend it for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

This was an excellent hotel to stay in and perfect for the on site concert. It was a breeze to grab a golf cart to the concert and back again. No ques, no hassle, seamless and absolutely worth spending the night there. The staff are extremely professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms have very comfortable beds, are spotlessly clean and have all the basic amenities you could need. You can easily walk or cycle around the property, and to fully enjoy the landscape in Mayakoba I highly recommend the boat tour. It's a wonderful way to see the whole resort. The beach club of Andaz is beautiful, with plenty loungers and towels. The beach front itself is excellent as they installed seaweed barriers, so you do not have any issues at this resort, just crystal clear waters to swim in. The breakfast buffet was great with lots to choose from and of course great service from the staff there. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and as a local I hope to return again.
