The staff are great. There is a varied menu and the food was always banging (amazing). Room service is efficient and was so handy to have available while I was stuck in an all day meeting. I forget the name of the chap on the bar near the sports room, but he's a top man! The level of English is varied but it doesn't deter staff from trying their best to help you. Hopefully next time my Spanish will be more than saying I can't speak Spanish :D I would like to say that the casino is quite varied and I was really happy to see actual card tables and not those boring ePOS machines. The dealers are charismatic and entertaining.

I think you need to fix the ac and heater I was having issues with the heater u tried to get the ac working but the heater was working instead

The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to assist. Breakfast was delicious and chef excellent. Lovely rooms.
