    I love this hotel and have visited many times, The relaxed ambience, lovely gardens, and exceptionally nice staff make this the best hotel in Batu Ferringhi. Poolside lunches and afternoon cocktails were a favourite!

    Thank You so much for memorable stay we have esp for my parents. Such a wonderful short stay. Would love to come again. The upgrades and bday cake is a lovely gesture. I like the location and the hotel design as whole. The double volume space towards the ground, the intimate settings of the reception and of course the fabulous bungalow and pool. The mid-century furniture and lighting. Love. Props to the design team and beautiful maintenance by the staff.

    Its not too big for us to explore. Very relaxing, romantic ambience and environment. Love the tranquility feeling throughout the whole stay there.

    Pay for superior double room but got complementary upgrade because we stay for our honeymoon and that was great room with sea view..really love it!! Thank you golden sand! Everything was good from staff to the facilities.

    This is a great resort. We had a really relaxing stay. It's rated 4 stars, but we give it 5 We had a mix-up with the booking (no fault of the resort at all), and they made great efforts to rectify the issue. Nerthya and her manager at checkin gave us an upgrade and shouted a bottle of wine & a birthday cake for my wife's. birthday. Thank you to Golden Sands for your hospitality.

    The gardens are fantastic, resort on the beach, lovely pool, lovely sea view from the balcony, big room, lovely food and drinks nearby, short walk from other restaurants, perfect place to relax. It was a special occasion and they upgraded us to a partial seaview room for no extra charge which really made our holiday, we were over the moon. Excellent value for money
