We checked in very late, at 2 am. The staff was considerate and let us check out later than noon. There was 24-hour food ordering for room service. The bed was so comfortable. The aircon was cool enough. The hotel was conveniently located, only 4 minute walk to Queensbay Mall.

We really like the apartment structure which gives us three rooms for the five of us. The restaurant downstairs offers good breakfast and the staff is always helpful. The small food stalls and the mini market just outside are an added bonus. We will certainly come back.

Great historic hotel. Extension building as well very nice and integrating /rounding up the historic setting. Gorgeous pools. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Loved the location, close to beach street and little India. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. The room was very spacious with 4 double beds, more than enough for a family of 4. Even though its location, very central, the rooms are very quiet. I really love the friendliness of the staff. They gave lots of suggestions on where to go or where to eat. Loved the little local desserts every night brought to our room. Even though there are lots of plants around the mansion, there were no mosquitos. ( And I get bitten very easily). The check-in was also very fast. I would definitely return next time we visit George town.

It was clean, spacious with very good room facilities. The bath tub comes with a great view of the sea. Breakfast selection was very good too.
