Everything about our stay here was perfect. The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of options to choose from. The villa was larger than expected and the private pool/hotsprings was just as luxurious as we thought it would be. The staff are incredible, always offering you a lift or saying hi. The spa experience was also great and the cherry on top was our dinner at Jeff's Cellar which is unmissable.

We came here after adventures elsewhere. Here it was very clean, the staff smiling. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large. The rooms have water, disposable toothbrushes and toiletries. Parking on the street - 4RM per day. Recommended.

This is our 4th time staying at the hotel. Clean and lovely like always. Complimentary breakfast for our child of 6yr old was quickly arranged upon request when we were told that the lovely swimming is closed for another week. So we really appreciate for your generosity. Lovely breakfast. I was to see the blue nasi lemak and homemade soja milk. Very nice cut fruits as well.

The serenity of the place, the restaurant was amazing. Dont fault the location as it is not meant for people looking for a bustling place. It is a bit far from Ipoh town but that is not why we came here.
