Our recent stay at the Seri Pacific Hotel in Kuala Lumpur was truly exceptional and deserves every bit of this 5-star review. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome from the staff at the front entrance set the tone for what would be a fantastic experience. The team was incredibly professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering a great view of the city. However, we did encounter a slight issue with our bathroom upon arrival, but the hotel manager Simon handled it impeccably. Within minutes of reporting the issue, they offered us an alternative room that was even more spectacular. The seamless resolution and their commitment to guest satisfaction were truly commendable. The highlight of our mornings was undoubtedly the breakfast buffet at the Zende Restaurant, located within the hotel. The variety of dishes was impressive, ranging from local Malaysian delicacies to international favourites. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service received from the restaurant staff was personal and made us feel like part of their family, (Latif, Faizal and others). It was a perfect way to start each day. The facilities were excellent, and the staff throughout the hotel—from housekeeping to the concierge—were consistently polite and eager to help. The front entrance team deserves special mention for their assistance with transportation and their friendly demeanor, especially Fazul who always made us feel welcome. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, close to major attractions, shopping areas, and transport links, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, the hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and top-notch hospitality. Despite the minor hiccup, their dedication to ensuring an amazing guest experience left us thoroughly impressed.

Comfortable beds. clean room . Easy parking space available in basement. Used to be my favourite place in Kl for a short gateways. Last night I was there. The room is great as usual. There is so many restaurants in nearer .overly the price so reasonable. The room boy was so good polite and friendly. It's a good place to stay but for those who light sleep like as me. I personally recommend you guys stay here . Never regret the price.
