Staff were friendly, facilities were ok. There are sufficient eateries and activities to do for the family within the resort itself. If not, it is within 30-45mins drive to nearby malls. Loved the swimming pools and the indoor kids playground! Also, I think I was upgraded from a 2 room suite to a 3 room suite (thank you for that! :)).
