A fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and had a soothing atmosphere that made for a truly relaxing experience. The outdoor space was simply amazing—beautifully designed and perfect for unwinding. Super great hospitality and all brand high level services...me and my family enjoy staying here. The staff was very friendly, from the bellboy, receptionist Ms Rohaya gives me an unexpected early check in with an upgraded room, Mr Azzam and Mr Firdaus surprised my son with complimentary slice cake on his birthday, For Mr Raja, Mr Rizal, Ms Irma and Ms Azlina under care of Mr Syamsul (excellent teamwork) super great breakfast services , hospitality during our family buffet breakfast. Delicious and variety of foods choices and as well as kids friendly. I will not hesitate to recommend my friends and families to come and experience themselves with Hilton PJ. Keep it up team

    Everything about the Saujana was exceptional. We stayed in the Spa, the room was lovely more space than we could ever need. The hotel was quite sometimes we were the only people in the pool. In addition to the pool onsite, there was access to an outdoor 50m 8 lane pool. Being a competitive swimmer, this was a pleasant surprise. The staff couldn't do enough to help .. and the Italian restaurant in the Spa was superb, fine dining with fantastic food and super attentive waiters ..

    1. The property is well maintained and clean. The overall atmosphere is relaxing. 2. Had a bad experience for nearly missing my sahur due to a non working phone but the hotel management demonstrated good customer service by reimbursing the amount paid for the sahur meal.

    A secluded oasis surrounded by the KL outskirts. What a place to relax and experience nature an quiet while being in the city. Golf Course next to it also contributes to the green appearance. Nice pool en great garden.
