Loved being in the centre of the town & very close to the boat for Terschelling. Very impressed with the interior design. Easy access to the room. Coming from Australia it was a treat to be in a beautiful Dutch house especially the front facade.

After receiving a phone call to confirm my arrival time, I found the welcome was heartwarming and they were very concerned that I registered for the pay parking in the street as it is all now online and a vehicle randomly traverses the streets scanning numberplates. The building is fascinating, having been formed inside the existing walls but without altering them. The lift to the 2nd floor was tiny and manually operated and so convenient! The main street is moments away, filled with cafes, bars and restaurants as well as all form of shops and a canal and harbour. Truly photogenic and relaxing.

Hotel Zeezicht has a beautiful terrace at the old harbour, a waterside terrace, overlooking the typical Harlingen harbour and the Wadden sea.

Excellent service and value for the money. Breakfast and dinner served at the table. The staff and owner are always very helpful. We travel with a 4 year old. She loves the donkeys(and the owners old dog), and the enclosed garden(s) makes it possible for the adults to relax even when she is spinning around doing her activities. It is not a place with a playground, but the whole setup with plenty of outdoor space makes it a very nice, relaxing place to stay also for families with children. This must be our 4th stay, and we will return!

This hotel provides stylish rooms with beautiful views of the IJsselmeer Lake or the recreational area. Enjoy the restaurant with its conservatory and outside terrace or the lounge with fireplace.
