The representative Daniel was very helpful. I was late when arrived to this hotel. He helped me to find information of ferry of next day. Due to this help, I was able to travel to a special port of Lofoten in next day by car by ferry. (All ferry tickets of vehicle of next day of this port were sold out, but the 3:00AM one!).

    Nice comfy rooms with decent size bathrooms (innovative shower design that doesn’t take up too much room but opens out when you need it) Great location- 20 mins walk to airport, 15 to ferry port and 10 mins to station. Breakfast was really good- lots of options, and the little cakes at 3-5pm plus free buffet dinner option was lovely. Quiet and peaceful in the room. Nice building with little nooks and display cabinets for character.

    A great hotel , lovely breakfast and great supper. A lovely relaxing environment- the highlight of this was how lovely the staff were- so friendly and so helpful. We rebooked with them for our last night in Norway

    We were offered a room upgrade on signing up the the members programme. The room was clean and had a lovely view. Staff were very nice and efficient. When we complained about noise they immediately offered to move us to a different room. Walking distance from airport and city centre.
