Rooms were large, with a small patio including chairs, and gave a great view of mountains. Beds were very comfortable and the staff very friendly. Happy hour in the lounge every day for free, with a choice of wines and beer together with snacks. This felt more like staying at a friend's home rather than a hotel. Highly recommended

We loved everything about this property! From the friendly staff to the location and the lake view room was a perfect way to spend my birthday while in Queenstown. Loved the spa/steam room/ heated pool facility after a long day of activities. The food at the restaurant and breakfast buffet were exceptional. In the morning we will take leisure walks around the lake that is conveniently situated within the property. We were not far from the main town but far enough to feel more relaxed without the multitude of people.
