Beechwood Boutique Accommodation are fabulous to holiday with. Everything is perfect, clean and comfortable and they have a laundry for your use as well. The hosts are so considerate and welcoming. It is close to the Botanical Gardens and Bird Aviary which are a must see when you visit Dunedin, especially in October/November for full on flowers. The city shops are in walking distance approximately 10 minute easy walk or bus stop close by. Thankyou kindly for making my holiday so pleasant, I enjoyed it thoroughly.

Location is the best, Room is spacious 3 beds 1 double 2 single, dog friendly we have our 2 dogs with us. Very clean and everything is there that you need. Staff are very friendly and the owner was very nice.

The reception staff were friendly and personable. They were very knowledgeable of the area and recommended sights to see in Dunedin. The room was meticulously well maintained and cleaned.
