We had a wonderful two-night stay here and were impressed by how convenient and welcoming everything was. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Rotorua, close to shops, attractions, and dining, yet quiet and peaceful at night. The room was spotless, spacious, and had all the essentials we needed, including a well-equipped kitchenette which made it easy to prepare small meals or enjoy a hot drink. A thoughtful touch was receiving a bottle of milk at check-in for a cuppa after a long drive. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Parking was easy, and check-in was smooth and efficient. This is a great base for exploring Rotorua and relaxing in between adventures. We would definitely stay here again if we're back in Rotorua in the future.

Very quiet location. Spacious room, comfy bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice to be able to do laundry on the premises. Highly recommend filipino restaurant Pinoy Tres nearby.

I had a great two-night stay at this motel. It was really wonderful, especially the spa with a large hot tub, and the TV with YouTube and Netflix. The staff was very kind and friendly. She introduced me to the nearby attractions, and since I was alone and didn’t rent a car, she even exchanged some small changes for me to take the bus. I participated in activities at the Maori Cultural Village, and they picked me up directly from the motel. It was a wonderful holiday, and I had a great two-night stay.

Due to our limited English proficiency, Star went above and beyond to help us numerous times, making our stay more enjoyable and seamless. Whenever we encountered any issues or needed assistance, she patiently addressed our concerns and provided incredibly helpful suggestions. Her professionalism and genuine concern for guests made us feel right at home. Not only does this hotel boast an elegant environment and attentive service, but the enthusiastic assistance from staff members like Star left a lasting impression on us.
