    Excellent value for money, very comfortable rooms and friendly staff. They left us a bottle of wine to congratulate us on our honeymoon which was a lovely touch. It’s very cold there right now and the rooms were warm and cosy. Great location right by the lake and local restaurants.

    The private courtyard and spa pool area was so lovely and relaxing. Pretty much had almost all we needed. Easy as, and clean and comfortable.

    The Prince's Gate decor is very much in theme and very quaint. It was lovely to relax by an open fire in comfortable seats with a drink. We had a balcony room (30) which was lovely. The breakfast was very good

    We initially booked one of the small and older units, however on arrival we noticed one of the larger more modern cabins were available and arranged to upgrade (at cost). The staff were very accommodating and new room was fabulous. Very spacious with full kitchen facilities. Large lounge and dining. Separate bedrooms. Beautiful view of the gardens and surrounds. The park was lovely with great facilities. It is a slightly older park but had everything we needed. Kids loved the heated pool and the thermal spas were very relaxing.
