Front desk, Yersel was very helpful and polite. Room had a beautiful view, comfy bed. Bathroom had rain and handshower. Breakfast was delicious, you could put your own touch by doing grilled cheese sandwich or let the chef whip you eggs to your liking. Nice Hotel. And thanks Nathaniel for your help with luggage or any questions, you were always greeting us with a smile.

Very nice and helpful staff! The pool on the top of the building as well as the restaurant/bar welcomes you to enjoy some relaxing hours. Would definitely recommend if you stay a couple of days in the city!

The room was spacious enough. I felt really comfortable with my many baggage. The location is close to via Espania where you can find everything you want regarding food, coffee, pharmacy and shopping and there is a metro station close by. There is also a store next door that prepares breakfast and delivers it to your room. The beds were big, high and absolutely comfortable.

    The front desk and housekeeping staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which really made a lasting impression. The hotel is well-maintained overall. My room was impressively spacious, offering a great view of the skyline. It was so roomy that I even had enough space to practice yoga. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure, providing a refreshing start to the day. Additionally, the hotel features a compact gym, an outdoor pool for a quick swim, and a jacuzzi for relaxation.

    We had a lovely stay here - the staff were particularly helpful and friendly, the breakfasts were delicious and the overall experience was relaxing and luxurious. The hotel is in the heart of Casco Viejo, which meant we were able to walk to some of the beautiful historic sites.

    I spend a very romantic weekend. The place is perfectly located in the center of Caso Viejo, from far the best neighborhood of Panama. Full of restaurant and bars. The hotel was excatly as expected. The room had a very cute balcony.

    Superb room and hotel. We had a spacious luxury room with a seating area. This used to be the Hyatt and hence is a lovely hotel. Breakfast is excellent with a great range of options . The staff were helpful and friendly and English is spoken if you don’t speak Spanish. We enjoyed the pool too.
