ALL Staff were courteous , always greets guests consistently. They even go out of their way to ask if you need assistance or how was your stay. You can borrow plates and utensils and reheat food you have ordered with them. Minibar supply provided is free, the only time you need to pay is when already consumed the initially provided. ( 3 cans of fruit juices, 2 cans of beer, 2 peanut kisses). Water is free althroughout. Very calm and relaxing place. Perfect for those who wanted to unwind and wanted a quiet place to stay. Food was ok. Amenties were good. There are activities that will make your stay enjoyable. NVR transfers and tour partner is great. They were welcoming and very polite during our tour. Our room has a great view of the ocean. Pool was clean. Overall its the best hotel we have stayed in even compared to other 5 star hotels in Manila and resort Cebu hotels we have tried.

Wow! The best hotel we did in Panglao so far. The resort has the best location for the beach (their private beach is the best part of Dumaluan). The breakfast is really good! Good restaurant for lunch and dinner.

One of the best hotels we ve been in our lives. A perfect start for us... We started our 3 week holiday in Bohol. Their lobby area view... It talks "welcome to Philipinnes" I said to myself. A dream came true. Everything met our expectations and beyond.. exceeded our expectations i would say... The beach, the food, the message, the spa, the location... Worth every money spent here. Free kayaks. Perfect for a morning jog... Happy hour till 7pm. Very good portion of meals ( being Maltese we like to eat a lot). Special thanks goes to butler Paul for his patience, dedication and hospitality skills. We will return in the future for sure.

The perfect place with perfect people. Friendly and full of good vibes. The swimming pool is unique, not your usual design, but irregularly shaped with a sand imitation. It's really good-looking, perfect for relaxing every day. The sunbeds are of high quality and comfortable. Everything smells pleasant, and even the towels are more like blankets, made of eva material. The rooms are the cleanest I've ever seen in the Philippines, as if brand new.

Alona beach is 900meters away. it is 2 kilometers to the great Dumaluan white beach. the airport is 3 kilometers away. panglao international airport.

The room was spacious, comfortable bed, we had a little porch we could sit out on as well and use for drying clothes etc which was nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful for booking tours and transport.

We had a very nice stay here. I liked the "traditional" architechture they have going on, feels very "summer vacation". Relatively near to everything, but would recommend getting a bike for convenience. Staff was very friendly, they also helped us book some tours and transports.

We stayed at the hotel some days before our family members arrived. And the family members ( 6 person) was all happy with the stay, so also them can really recommend this nice hotel. From the transport to the hotel, the receptionist and the staff, it was all perfect and always helping with a smile. The beach was close, but you need to walk around 10/15 minutes to get to it, because a big resort blocks the way. But in the positive way, there is not a lot of traffic down the road, so we take that as a advance. And a nice swimming pool just in the middle of a nice arrange garden. And Alona beach is really a nice one. As we say, everything was perfect

everything is awesome. friendly staffs. good breakfast (not buffet, but really good). cheep laundry service. huge and calm room. good bed condition. not best location but you can go to main street 5~10 min by walk(think price is really good). and so many tricycle is ask to you. so you can get this. pool is good. every room has independent. i wanna go again when i come back bohol. +++ huge bathroom.
