This is a great hotel with amazing Spa facilities and extremely helpfull and friendly staff. The room was large and comfortable, the hotel itself is beautifully fitted out and the location is close to the centre of town. A perfect place for a relaxing get away in the Polish mountains. We arrived early and the staff were flexible to allow us in to the room earlier than check in time and even opened the Spa for us early.

Very cozy place to stay, second time already. Breakfast is lovely. Restaurant closed down at 9pm already, a bit early as sitting there is comfortable.

Another excellent stay in a wonderful place with a lovely atmosphere and friendly welcome. The breakfast had a really good range in the buffet and all was well prepared. We were very happy with everything and will definitely stay here again.

The staff was very exceptional. Especially the bartender, Pani Ewa went above and beyond for our family. She arranged a bottle of champagne and flowers to be prepared at our breakfast table for my sisters birthday. All the staff was wonderful though! Breakfast was delicious, the spa facilities were beautiful, we were even able to check in a little early. We enjoyed the different saunas and the jacuzzis. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel spa!
