Very nice staff, the room was quite big, clean and with a nice view. The hotel is well located and had good breakfast.

The property is beautiful, in quiet village with a beautiful pool and next to the river. The property is also a restaurant that we knew and loved and this is why we came here in the first place. Very good mattress and very clean!!! The staff is super accommodating.

Everything was perfect, from the accommodation to the staff. We got a room with view to the Monastery, which was really beautiful, and although the hotel is right in the center, there was no noise coming from the street. Breakfast had a great variety of food.

Absolutely perfect, every detail is designed with the guest's comfort in mind, starting with the signposts leading to the hotel. It's a family-run place, but it's managed every bit as professionally as big five-star hotels, it's spacious and squeaky clean, and still feels very homely. And the people are so lovely and attentive! The exterior swimming pool is large and clean, and the home-made jams for breakfast were fantastic!

The 4-star Villa Batalha features a bar with views towards UNESCO World Heritage-listed Batalha Monastery.
