Caterina was sooo incredible and helpful. So friendly we loved her! We absolutely loved both of the rooms we stayed in! I’ve already recommended to stay here to 6 of my friends/family who plan to travel to Portugal! All of the staff was so nice and very helpful! We started with wanting to stay two nights, we were so obsessed with the space we had to stay another night! Breakfast was nice, healthy and a good price! The honesty bar was also a very nice thing to have! We walked around the whole city so it was nice to stock up on water before we went out for adventures! Then come home and enjoy some wine in the community space and on our nice deck! Loved both of the rooms we stayed in, quirky and welcoming! Everything was very clean and so very perfect. I will continue to make sure everyone stays here! Thank you all so much!

Staff was very nice. It way eat more child friendly than expected. Breakfast was exceptionally good, they was even snack - drink available all day, some event with piano and wine lot of little things not expected. I o and they was some cats and Peacock which enhance the stay a bit as well.

Cute room that is spacious enough for a few nights' stay. Very clean. It is conveniently located near the Sintra train station which is also where the bus starts to take you to the tourist attractions. Breakfast was always served fresh and delicious. The host was super lovely. There are free and paid parking options a short walk away.

This is a lovely hotel just a few minutes from the historical center of Sintra. We really appreciated the detailed instructions on how to find the hotel and the parking situation, which made our arrival easier than expected. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and have a unique, cozy decor. After spending one night, we were upgraded to the Princess Room due to an unfortunate leakage. We had no complaints about this situation :) The breakfast menu was small but delicious, and I loved the interior design of the dining rooms. The staff is incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. If we ever have the chance to return to Sintra, we would definitely choose to stay here again.
