Receptionist was first class My husband wanted a river view but we had booked a fortress twin room On booking.com a river suite was very discounted for our night so I asked if we could change our room to it at the reduced rate with little expectation …. Location is excellent, right in the old town. The room was big, felt like an apartment as it had separate kitchen area. Breakfast was very tasty!

Excellent experience end to end: - I had to change dates of my stay due to flight cancellation, staff helped me to move it one day ahead without taking an extra fee (thank you, I really appreciate it). - Hotel organized the night transfer from the Belgrade airport for a very reasonable fee. - Location is probably the best in town. - Good spacy room, good breakfast, overall an excellent experience. I totally recommend it to other travellers and will for sure come back. P.S. There's a good cocktail bar nearby, Sobaka s Rukoi, very much recommended!
