Very cosy family run hotel with a lot of authentic details (in a positive sense). We had a nice room with a small balcony. Coffee and tea offered for free all day. Good breakfast.

Such a lovely place in a gorgeous countryside, with friendly staff, beautiful rooms, and a great atmosphere. Sadly, we just had the one night there, but got to enjoy a breakfast and a wonderful night's sleep. Will surely come back one day.

This property is beautifully located in the centre of Trollhättan, by the canal waterfront. Scandic Swania was built in the early 1900s as a city hall.

The staff was great and accommodating, very friendly team during breakfast. Efficient help. My room was located on the south east corner of the building which made it perfect for air circulation. Very clean. Could have had a deeper cleaning when the room was serviced, but not bad.
