We love everything about this hotel. The staff were exceptional, all of them from reception, restaurant to the guys driving the xars to your room. I think it was my third time visiting this hotel for the past 10 years, and I have always enjoyed my stay here so far. I believe that Banyan Tree is one of the best hotels to stay while you are visiting Phuket, as it provides you with everything you need - a range of good restaurants, fine in-room dining, leisure facilities, etc. The hotel’s staff is also extremely polite and helpful.

I loved that the stuff was very kind, they upgrated my father for his limited mobility to a room that he can walk easy. Kids entertament was great, they made sushi and walked on water activity. The spa was also very good!
