Every member of the team was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and collaborative. They made sure that all my needs were met and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The restaurant in the hotel is hands down the best in the area, with delicious food and impeccable service. I especially appreciated the gentle and kind waiter who served me during breakfast. His warm demeanor and attention to detail made for a lovely start to my day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return for another visit!

It is better to see and experience something once than to hear about it a thousand times. This is probably one of our most unforgettable trips we had with my wife. Baan Hin Sai Resort and Spa is one of the best resorts we have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve their guests. From the balcony, we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was stunning. A very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relief to walk in such a quiet and surrounded by lots of trees that makes a peaceful environment. Indeed, a piece of paradise in the region. We must say the location of the resort is the best place to unwind, for self-care and to escape from the hassle and bustle of the urban lifestyle. A well-trained massage services in-house. Luckily we met Mr. JJ, the manager of Baan Hin Sai Resort and Spa. He briefed us about a few places to visit while spending our holiday in Ko Samui. He made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The Bungalows were very comfortable and clean, the restaurant was exceptional tasty (try the Mama Soup!). The staff was extremely friendly und took care of everything if wished. They also talked a lot with us, so it felt more like we were friends rather than guests :)

Resort is big, surrounded by beautiful nature and it has quiet private beach. We stayed at bunglows for 4 days. The sea is super clear, there were no jellyfish or nothing in march season. The sea was generally little wavy all but again always very clear and clean. I loved happy coctail hours, pool bar, optimal location, scooter renting, nearby restaurants and supermarket. Wifi was very good, always above 70-80 mbps. Bathroom is clean. Breakfast is super but everyday same. Thai massage is available all day and pressure is very good.

We loved our stay at the bay view, a lot of people complain about the location of the hotel but I think it’s perfect, it’s so beautiful, if you were not up the hill you wouldn’t get such a beautiful view! The staff were amazing! The food is lovely and they have three different pools, it’s like we had the pool for ourselves as there wasn’t anyone else there at certain times of the day! The only thing is the water in the rooms aren’t very hot. The staff also decorated the room so lovely for us after we had a horrible stay somewhere else. Highly recommend this place for a chill few days!

Every employee, especially reception employees, are very friendly and helpful. They can solve everything. Our check-out time was very early. They suggested to us; we can prepare sandwiches for you. They prepared two sandwiches and dragon fruits for us.
