Staffs are nice and friendly. The Location is a little bit far from the center/good places to visit but it has a lot of good restaurants and stores nearby plus it's beachfront. The view from the pool area is very nice and the restaurant Flamingo is very chic and the food is also good. Breakfast has a lot of varieties.

*your point if you want a relaxing place *beach is close 20 meter , use the elevator to reach it easily *the view is breath taking and worth it *it is considered as private as no much people at this area *the activities are not much. you have a bar which server an acceptable quality food, also they provide floating breakfast * old pucket Town is 30 min from the hotel which is a good point , I recommend going there after the sunset * the staff were helpfull and nice.

I went with my husband, 2 kids (3 and 7 years old). I can't tell you how beautiful the 3 bedroom beach front villa is. Breathtaking the minute you walk in. Very clean, I have absolutely no comments on cleanliness. They have a filter for drinking water which was handy. What we didn't know was that the beach is not a swimming beach. But we enjoyed nonetheless walks on it when tide was low (always wear crocs or hard shoes as there are peices of broken glass bottles). The service is excellent. Reception is from 9 to 5pm only but you don't need them really, you can call the restaurants around the area and they deliver (I think they close at 5pm). Buggy is 24hrs I think and they are excellent. They can drop you at the reception and once you're back they can drop you to your villa. There is a 5minute walk to a huge grocery store which is so convenient if you had kids, we needed lots of snacks, bread etc.. they also send a cleaning team once a day to the villa. if you are hesitant please don't be, it's truly an amazing experience. And also close to everything. Like kata beach which was 15min away.
