The staff was super kind and helpful at all times and catered to our every need with speed, efficiency and kindness. Upon arrival, they informed us that they upgraded our room to a room with pool access as a kind gesture for our honeymoon and they gave us a special welcome. The staff were friendly and attentive, they upgraded us to another room which was more than we had asked for. It’s nice and quiet, very short walk to Surin beach and not too far from Patong/Bangla Rd. We were here for the first 4 nights of our honeymoon and it was perfect. So peaceful and relaxing. Amazing food and service. Swim up rooms are stunning.
