I had a fantastic stay at Kayatas cave suite. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating, which made my experience even better. The location is ideal, just a short distance from all the main attractions and beautiful spots in the area, making it easy to explore. It was a really really nice stay! Love the room, it was clean and felt luxurious. The service was amazing! Told them that I’m pregnant and they took care of me very well! Great breakfast. Decent choices and all delicious. Can see the hot air balloons view clearly from the hotel. It was truly magical. Walkable to the city to buy souvenirs or anything! Love all the services and would not change this experience with anything else! It was truly a lovely experience for me and my husband. Recommended!!!!!

This hotel exceeded our expectations, we saw it being praised in tiktok and decide to book it for our stay and wow! When I say the views took our breath away. The morning Turkish breakfast spread was King size and made us feel like Royalty. The location was a 10/10 as all restaurants, coffee shops and even the guide shops are around the area. Everything was a walking distance. Totally worth the money!

The place is very well located with a very beautiful view of the city, close to nice restaurants. The room was so incredibly comfortable, the shower, the bed, everything perfect. Breakfast is also very good with different elements of the traditional Turkish breakfast plus a very diverse buffet. Of course don't touch the walls, they are stone, if you touch it they will have a bit of sand, they cannot clean that, but it is common sense. But the best about the hotel is the attention, they really try their best and very hard to help you the most they can. For example, our balloon was cancelled from goreme, they immediately tried to find us other options, we needed a special tour because we had a very tight schedule, and they found someone who took it specifically to the places we needed. Ghokan is a star host and made us want to return, hopefully soon. Thanks to all the staff.
