We picked here because there are two cats, so you'll have to be a cat person or not allergic to cats. The owners were very responsive before our arrival. It is situated in a small alley so you'll need to watch out while driving. The owners kept a parking spot for us as well. They recommended some restaurants but in the end we were too tired because of the trip, so they helped us order via Food Panda delivery. The room is massive, clean and comfy. We didn't have the chance to eat the breakfast either cause we needed to leave early.

We stayed for only 1 night between going to Sun Moon lake and Cingjing farm. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a rather luxurious bathroom with segregated toilet, shower and tub. The wardrobe was quite ingenious, sandwiched between the bathroom and the bedroom so it opens on either side and you can retrieve the clothes from it when changing in the bathroom. Hotel was very generous with the complimentary snacks (crackers, chips etc) and drinks (lemon tea, soft drinks, juice). The breakfast buffet has a big spread but unfortunately when we stayed, the whole town was doing a 5-day vegetarian fast as they were building a temple) so the breakfast were all vegetarian food

I absolutely recommend it, it's probably one of the best stays I've ever had, a very warm welcome. The hosts are really attentive and very responsive by message. Breakfast was a real treat every morning. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with nothing to complain about. They gave me good recommendations for visiting Sun Moon Lake which is 18~20 minutes from Yuchi by bus (a 5 minute walk from the accommodation). The town is quiet and ideal for a moment of disconnection. If I ever come back to Taiwan, I'll gladly go there again.

The owner was really nice :) he couldn’t speak English but with translation he really tried to help us all the time! Close to the sun and moon lake and hohocha tea Plantage, that was perfekt even to travel by bus or uber
