Great place! Very friendly staff and the rooms are large with great window facing the river and mountains. The spa facilities were great, and the hotel is just 10 min walk from Wulai old street. We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was also very good.

The view from the room was fantastic and the in-suite pool was perfect! They served an ample hot pot dinner! Everything was clean and the staff was helpful even though I spoke no Mandarin. I would come back!

Comfortable, clean room with great view and amenities. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent location close to several key subway lines, restaurants, shopping, and Daan Park. Breakfast had a variety of Taiwanese and Western foods that changed from day to day. We stayed here for 6 nights and would return again.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff and close to Banqiao Station with access to two metro lines, railway and High speed rail. Great choice!

I loved the accessibility of the hotel, it’s right by the train station. It was also easily accessible to night markets & nearby eateries. The family room that we had was perfect with the kids too as we could shut the door from the seating area and beds, which allowed the kids to sleep while parents continued to eat.
