great hotel, everything was lovely, large comfortable room, nice clean bathroom with powerful shower. Very comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff. great breakfast. The hotel has lots of amenities, a swimming pool, snooker and shuffle board tables and a gym,. A great place to stay.

We didn't eat breakfast. We just got coffee at the stand on the main floor. We ate dinner the night before and we each had a drink. The staff at the hotel was exceptional. The bartender, wait staff, front desk, valet, etc., exceeded our expectations. They made us feel like family! They weren't rushed to move people along, they struck up conversation and we're engaged in their service. Unlike other hotels, the Graduate has an ambiance reminiscent of the 1940's. When people truly took the time to engage with each other with wonderful hospitality. We've also stayed at the Graduate in East Lansing. Our daughter was interviewing at Concordia for graduate school. Ann Arbor will always have a place in our hearts as a beacon of greatness and beauty.

    Fantastic location, lovely staff, the lobby is like a huge informal lounge with a long table you can hang out at, get coffee work or hang out. Had an executive king which was really nice. The extra room for a couple of wingback chairs and a table made it feel like a mini lounge. Great view from 11th floor.
