Upgrade to Suite was great. The suite was elegant, large and welcoming. The pool is excellent, especially the 25m length and swimming lane lines. Parking was easy and right at the front door. Easy in, easy out to go anywhere. Hotel is QUIET which is comforting after a long day.

Overall vibe, felt welcome as soon as I walked through the doors. Staff was tentative and cheerful.
