It was the 5th time my family and I stayed at Hilton Tuscany. We like the rooms - spacious and yet, cozy. The facilities - pool, gym, beautiful area. I enjoy running around the hotel in the morning, before getting coffee at the nice Deli. It is close to amusement parks, and it is also fun to have the outlet mall across the street. The staff is polite and efficient.

Spacious rooms with modern amenities. Very very clean resort, everything was immaculate. The staff were fantastic and super helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was exceptional. Capa restaurant is fantastic. Very good facilities for kids without feeling like a kids resort. You could easily enjoy this as a couple without kids. Didn't feel too busy which was nice - plenty of room to spread out. Quite possibly the best hotel I've stayed at, ever!

The staff were exceptionally helpful and always friendly. The room was cleaned every two days. Facilities inside the room were great, from the fitted kitchen with everything you might need, to the washing machine and dryer. The apartment was roomy and each of the two bedrooms had a large bathroom. The two pools were large, clean and both had lifeguards. There were loads of chairs and loungers. Activities were ongoing all day.

    Accessibility to the parks. Universal express with the stay was an additional bonus. The style and design of the hotel was exceptional. Staff in the Hotel were attentive and pleasant. From the checking in staff, luggage services and ticketing service all within the lobby area. Rooms spacious and clean and tidy. Great stay for a short visit to upgrade universal tickets but to stay in a piece of luxury very close by.

    Very good value for money. The pool and jacuzzi were in very good shape and enjoyable - lovely that they were open late after a long day out. We also liked sitting in the courtyard by the firepit. Altogether it was nicer than we expected.
