Excellent location, beautiful place, we were even greeted with a complimentary wine tasting! The breakfast was lovely. The bathroom in our room was one of the most beautiful bathrooms I have ever seen in a hotel.

Outstanding staff and you feel like you’re visiting a family. The house is beautifully furnished and very elegant. Lovely breakfasts on the veranda, overlooking Forsyth Park and fun (if limited) offerings every evening for Happy Hour. Later a very good homemade cake is offered. Outside the door is the DOT free bus service.

Room with a lovely view of the river. The chef who cooked our breakfast omelette was friendly, helpful and welcomed us to Savannah, the omelette was good too! Stunning lobby with glass elevator.

Great area just above River Street. (The steps to go up and down to the river area with lots of shops and restaurants are very steep.) There is a parking garage just next to the valet parking and another one on the other side of the square – it cost us $23 for 19 hours. We loved the roof top pool and the view from up there.

The staff were brilliant in this hotel. We had a problem with an item left at a previous hotel and the receptionist Marina was a huge help in sorting it out. Similarly the staff at breakfast couldn't have been nicer. The hotel is in a great location being within walking of a lot of the city
