Close to the expressway & all industrial neighbourhoods. Well maintained & serviced. Free parking. Most importantly, some of the nicest staff I’ve come across on my trips to the US. Always a good experience. Staff is always nice. No problems checking in early and checking out late. The vending machine guy even gave me free chips. Always had a great experience here.

When you wait for the hotel shuttle at the airport, you are among other people waiting for different hotels. Lots of people had been waiting 45 minutes to an hour, but when asked, someone said they had already seen the Crowne Plaza shuttle. From there I only had to wait about 20 minutes, so their shuttle really does run every half hour. Driver was very friendly and helpful. Very clean, very quiet, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent stay!

The staff is amazing at any moment of the day you can have help. They offer a very delicious free breakfast everyday and the location is perfect to visit the town while being close to the airport. The airport shuttle was also a great relief since we had a lot of luggage.
