Staff service. I had a problem with the lock when I entered the room, and the electrician helped me. I wanted to use the laundry, but the service machine they used was a bit cumbersome to operate. I didn't use it. The service staff is friendly.

The two front desk staff members that we interacted with were very friendly and welcoming. The complimentary late checkout at 1pm was much appreciated. Room was spacious. Water pressure for the shower was strong. Excellent location.

The facilities were spotless! Hotel staff were very friendly and ready with helpful tips. The room was old fashioned (which i love), a good size, and had beautiful architectural details in keeping with the time period. Bed was very comfortable. Location is central to most tourist spots downtown and also easy to commute via the link train/buses/tram. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
