In general, everything was fine and the girl at the reception was very positive and quickly helped us check in! Everything was clean and comfortable bed and pillows! The only woman at breakfast who served the kitchen was intolerant of children and was rude asking questions in a rude manner, she is of Asian origin, not tall, we did not say anything about this but it is already too much because we were not at her house but were in a hotel ... and the price is still too high.

My wife and I had booked a trip to Spokane for her medical exam. We came from Montana and had got the Amtrak train to Spokane which didn’t get into Spokane until 2:30am.you could imagine my wife and I being extremely tired and needing a decent little bit of sleep. Prior to our trip I had phoned Oxford suits and explained the situation to one of the front desk staff he was called Ben. I explained we wouldn’t be able to check in until 3am due to the late arrival. The staff at Oxford were so accommodating. They allowed me to book the hotel room for the day before my arrival. And allowed my wife and I to check into the hotel in the early hours of the morning on February 8th 2024. Not many hotels allow this type of thing but the Oxford was so understanding and accommodating. The lady that checked us in when we arrived at the hotel was so polite and kind unfortunately didn’t catch her name but she was so kind. My wife and I are so appreciative for the hospitality and we will be sure to stay again the next time we have to come to Spokane. Thankyou so much. The bed was extremely comfortable and was just what we needed after a long night travelling on a train. So thank you so much!

The room was large, quiet and clean. The location was ideal walking distance for shopping , stopping for coffee, or taking a walk at Riverside park. There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants in the area.
